1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other legal notices or policies published on the nsfeph platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and nsfeph concerning your use of our services.

1.2. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of nsfeph services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to register an account and use nsfeph services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2. Geographic Restrictions: nsfeph services are intended solely for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. You may not access or use our services if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3. Account Registration: To access certain features and services on nsfeph, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number.

2.4. One Account Per Person: Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with nsfeph. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

2.5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: nsfeph is required by law and regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and any additional documentation we may reasonably request to complete the KYC verification process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including limitations on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.

2.6. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify nsfeph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. nsfeph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

2.7. Prohibited Persons: The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining accounts with nsfeph:

• Individuals under the age of 21 years
• Persons located outside the Republic of the Philippines
• Employees, directors, officers, or contractors of nsfeph or its affiliated companies
• Immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, siblings) of nsfeph employees
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services
• Persons who have had accounts suspended or terminated by nsfeph for violation of these Terms

3. Account Funding and Financial Transactions

3.1. Deposits: You may fund your nsfeph account through approved payment methods displayed on our website, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to designated Philippine banking institutions, over-the-counter payment services, and cryptocurrency where accepted. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the platform.

3.2. Deposit Source: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your nsfeph account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. nsfeph reserves the right to request proof of source of funds and to refuse deposits or freeze accounts where money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.

3.3. Withdrawals: You may request withdrawal of your available account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process
• Any applicable wagering requirements or bonus conditions must be satisfied
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on our platform

3.4. Withdrawal Processing Times: While nsfeph endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within 2-24 hours for e-wallet withdrawals and 3-5 business days for bank transfers, processing times may vary depending on payment method, verification requirements, and volume. nsfeph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

3.5. Transaction Fees: nsfeph reserves the right to charge processing fees for certain deposit or withdrawal methods. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

3.6. Currency: All financial transactions on nsfeph are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, your financial institution or payment processor may apply conversion fees.

3.7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML): nsfeph maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy in compliance with Philippine law. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and reserve the right to report any suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Use of Gaming Services

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or irregular gameplay patterns
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from our software
• Arbitrage betting or syndicate play
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programs

4.7. Game Malfunctions: In the event of game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts shall be void. nsfeph is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, server downtime, or software bugs.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1. nsfeph may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

5.2. Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of nsfeph and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. nsfeph reserves the right to exclude certain players from bonus eligibility or to limit bonus amounts based on factors including account history, gameplay patterns, and risk assessment.

5.3. Players found to be abusing bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, engaging in low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or otherwise acting in bad faith, will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension or termination.

5.4. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.5. You may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder to whom they were granted.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on nsfeph content
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use nsfeph branding, logos, or trademarks without express written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, nsfeph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use nsfeph services.

8.2. In no event shall nsfeph's aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8.3. nsfeph does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of its services. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or technical issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1. nsfeph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected money laundering or other criminal activity
• Irregula r gaming patterns or abuse of platform features
• Breach of responsible gaming policies or self-exclusion agreements
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

9.2. Upon account termination, you forfeit any rights to your account username and any associated content. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at nsfeph's sole discretion.

9.3. If you wish to voluntarily close your account, you may do so by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds and satisfy any outstanding wagering requirements. nsfeph is not obligated to provide reasons for refusing an account closure request.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of nsfeph services shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between you and nsfeph for a period of thirty (30) days.

10.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration recognized in the Republic of the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.4. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against nsfeph. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

10.5. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any applicable law or regulation, the law or regulation shall prevail, and these Terms shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1. Your use of nsfeph services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to our Privacy Policy.

11.2. nsfeph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable data protection regulations.

11.3. We may share your information with third-party service providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

12. Communication and Notifications

12.1. By registering an account with nsfeph, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and other electronic means. These communications may include account updates, promotional offers, security alerts, and other service-related messages.

12.2. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by adjusting your account preferences or following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications. 13.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3. Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

13.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. nsfeph may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5. Force Majeure: nsfeph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

13.6. Language: In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
